An estate manager oversees the upkeep and maintenance of a private residence. This could include managing the day-to-day operations of the estate, overseeing staff, overseeing tradespeople, creating and executing a maintenance schedule, overseeing projects on behalf of the homeowner, off-season walk-throughs, and seasonal preparations (i.e. opening for summer, shutting down for winter). Every property is unique, so we typically work directly with homeowners to plan and execute the management of the property according to the standards/desires of the homeowner. We provide support to homeowners by taking on the intricate and time-consuming responsibilities a residence requires. Estate management is especially important to our Northern Michigan second home and cottage clientele.
